Name: Anna Kerdway
Age: 23
Gender: Female
Species: Human
Sexuality: Hetero
Relationship status: Single
Personality: Aggressive, sometimes brutish, and jovial. She thinks little of morality, seeing the world in shades of gray. She is fiercely loyal to her retainers, but puts her own needs far above theirs.
Abilities: Trained in hand-to-hand combat, being particularly swift and skilled with a spear or lance, and adept at using them on horseback.
Weaknesses: Though reasonably bright, her boisterous nature makes Anna easy to distract, provoke, or deceive. In combat, she is deadly with a spear, but it means little if she can't close the distance between herself and her enemy, and her light armor leaves her hazardously open to attack.

Appearance:
Slender in build, Anna was made for sprinting. Her armor, mostly only covering her chest and shoulders to defend sword strokes, is slightly too large for her, and often shifts as she walks. Beneath it, she has no strong preference in clothing, usually wearing anything that's cheap and loose fitting, and won't encumber her. She has average features, topped with short, straight hair. Her face is often contorted into a mocking smirk, and is always carrying a short sword at her side, often holstering a spear across her back.
Back Story:
Anna spent her youth as the squire and prodigy to a large, rowdy knight of her home land, her most typical task being either to apologize to clerks in pubs for his behavior, or maintaining his gear after he gave it a good thrashing. Over time, her patient, kind nature wore away, giving in to a new, fiery persona, assimilating to her master's behavior for the sole purpose of keeping him from exhibiting it, falling into nightly yelling matches on their travels. Though she never, strictly speaking, was recognized as a full knight, she could no longer tolerate his ways, abandoning the order, and taking his equipment with her, making her way as a hired sword.
