I'm sorry to say that i have no power over how fast people post. If you have friends who you think would come on oftenly like you guys and me feel free to invite them. cause i also have no power over the people who join's dedication. [: but thanks for being dedicated. ^^

We may need to have a bit more going on, like have at least one established plot or universe going, which it seems like we're moving towards, and the Admin prrrrrrobably has plans for.

After that, time is a pretty big factor in maintaining people's interest. 9 people have made character applications, and aside from the four in this topic, that means 5 people have come and gone, likely due to inactivity, 2 of them were interested enough to post a few times. However they found this site the first time, if we can get all of them to give it a second look within a few days, there ought to be a snowball effect.

How was this site advertised to begin with? I forget exactly how I came across it.

I advertised one by one ^^;;; i really don't have the money or time to actually put up advertisements unless it's handmade and posted on my profiles and stuff... I usually just IM people. I'm not all that professional.

Did you keep track of people you told about it? It still seems like people who were interested enough to post, once, would be the best place to start.

It may not matter yet, since right now there aren't many of us and we're pretty much using this topic for it, but what about a General of Off Topic forum, for well, general topics? I can understand the idea behind wanting the website dedicated solely to roleplaying, but off-topic sections end up being the busiest boards on a lot of forums.

This probably won't make any difference in the short term, but it seems like having an area for casual conversation would make the entire site seem more inviting.

Ultimately, though, we just need a way to get the URL out to people who roleplay, and I have no idea how to do that, myself.

1 we could one of those catango things for genral topics it could help with speed to telling people short messages and such it would help with misunderstandings as well
2 tell some people who know some people who know some people by forms on othere sites comments on youtube or othere stuff chatango can also be used if a post a link and description in your profile

ya the cafe is basicly like that. And I think I'm going to put it somewhere that people who just join out of the blue can IM me on my chatango. so people can IM me stuff that they don't really want everyone else putting their input in. for example this. everyone's giving out their opinion and some people might just like it to themselves and I. Cause I know if i weren't Admin, i'd be like that. i personaly don't like everyone looking at my ideas cause i know some people aren't the nicest. PrincessYurri101 just a btw for the ppl that don't know that's my chatango.

i personally think the chatango chat is a perfect idea
